This place suits me perfectly with friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, a seasonal pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, they helped me with local info. I highly recommend it, and I’m coming back for Christmas!

The breakfast was a lekker surprise, lots of choices, and the staff were so friendly! Chatted with everyone, even the security dog was a chommie! We got an early check-in and an upgrade, felt like real VIPs!

I was extremely frustrated with the noise levels in the hotel. The walls were paper-thin, and I could hear everything from the next room, including a very loud child who kept me up late and woke me up early. Additionally, I was surprised and disappointed to find that breakfast ended at 9 am, which is unusually early for a hotel. This made it difficult for me to enjoy a leisurely start to my day.

The staff demonstrated exceptional service, promptly addressing a noise issue from neighboring guests. Breakfast featured a wide array of hot and cold dishes, with the make-your-own waffle station being a highlight. The exercise room was well-equipped, making it easy to fit in workouts during my stay.

Check-in was super easy, and I loved how they texted me options for early and late check-out, which was a nice touch. The pool was great for unwinding after a long day, and the lounge area offered a cozy spot to relax. Only downside was a bit of a vibe at breakfast. the staff member wasn't too friendly, but it didn't ruin my stay—just a smile would make a big difference! 😊
