I recently stayed at Hotel 1620, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even upgraded my room for free when they saw I was traveling with a toddler. The room itself was clean and spacious, with comfy beds and pillows. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the waterfront, shops, restaurants, and other activities. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, great rooms, and convenient location.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pool was just the right temperature. The front desk attendant, Lizzie, was absolutely fabulous and provided excellent service. The hotel even allowed us to use the pool an hour earlier than usual so we could have a swim before check out. The location of the hotel was superb, as it was near Plymouth harbor and within easy walking distance to many nice restaurants and surrounding attractions.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and the location was amazing! It was right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around and explore. The hospitality was top-notch - from the friendly staff to the laundry and dry cleaning services, they had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was well equipped with essential amenities like air conditioning, heating, and tea and coffee making facilities. It also had a cozy sitting area and a flat-screen TV.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for impeccable service and a memorable stay.

Recently renovated, looks brand new. Welcoming staff at the Front Desk, particularly Nicole. Requested partial Harbor view on highest floor, received a beautiful room with balcony on 4th floor. Large, clean rooms with complimentary Keurig coffee maker. Comfortable beds, couldn't hear neighbors. Perfect location, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and boat excursions. Close to Cape and Boston. Will visit again, highly recommended.

The location of the hotel was amazing, we were a few steps away from the shops and restaurants in the village and the waterfront. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff were friendly during check- in. We enjoyed the breakfast and the view of the ocean from our balcony was breathtaking.

The pool was closed during our stay which was a disappointment.
