The highlight of my stay was when I arrived early and they went above and beyond to accommodate me, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room I stayed in was well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Despite a few minor hiccups, such as a missing living room table, the hotel staff quickly rectified the situation. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent service.

The Hotel Zetta in San Francisco was fantastic! The staff were lovely, always smiling and very helpful, especially for first-time visitors like us. The hotel had a trendy and modern decor, which we really liked. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The hotel is located right next to Westfield Mall, so it was very convenient for shopping and dining. We also loved the great games room and easy access to public transport, cable cars, and amazing cafes and restaurants. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the variety of food options available.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city and close to all the best shopping centers and boutiques. This hotel has definitely become my favorite!

Additionally, the bedroom desk was too high and narrow, which made it difficult for me to sit comfortably with my plus-size hips. these were minor inconveniences and did not significantly detract from my enjoyment of the hotel.

The room was comfortable and clean, bedding appeared to be brand new every night. Valet parking is available but there are cheaper options nearby.

The hotel is located close to downtown which is very convenient. It's just a short walk to Union Square's shopping district and the hip SoMa area. The hotel has an open lobby, perfect for mingling and enjoying cocktails. Oversized guestrooms with plush beds keep things modern and relaxed.

The area around the hotel seems to house a large number of homeless people, which can be heart-wrenching to observe while walking around.

Nothing it was perfect.

This place was amazing! It was located in the centre of town, which made it really convenient to get around. The staff were super friendly, and the room was really comfortable. I loved having the coffee machine in the room, it made mornings so much better. Plus, there were tons of things to do here, like playing pool, virtual reality and other games.
