I recently stayed at Mystic Lake Casino for a concert and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly, efficient, and personable, from the security team to the hotel check-in staff and bartenders. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the prices for drinks and food were reasonable. One highlight was when a staff member promptly replaced my mother's spilled drink with a new one. Additionally, the overnight maintenance staff, Ricky, was professional and quickly fixed our heating issue. The casino staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making our experience there enjoyable.

The casino was a fun and relaxing experience, with well-made and affordable drinks. The restaurant had excellent food, and the pool area was great for early morning swims. Free parking was a nice bonus. it was a fun stay with great amenities.

Comfortable beds, spotless room, and a relaxing pool & spa. Great food options available. Modern and well-designed convention center with state of the art technology. Friendly and helpful valet and bellhop service provided. Variety of slot machines to play in the casino.

The casino had free beverages and a great setup, perfect for us as trekkers and friends.

We were amazed by the big flat screen TV with a decent channel selection in our room at Mystic Lake Casino. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower offered great pressure and hot water. The shuttle service was very useful and convenient. we had a great time and will definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel rooms were clean and spacious, making us feel like royalty. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the hot water was plentiful. The hotel also provided pay-per-view options in the rooms, giving us added entertainment during our stay. The free WiFi was fast and reliable, allowing us to stay connected. The hotel elevators were efficient, with very little waiting time. Although we chose to self-park, the valet service was a convenient option. The shuttle buses were comfortable and made transportation easy. Lastly, the casino staff were friendly and knowledgeable, enhancing our overall experience.

It would have been helpful to have 24-hour room service and the option for smoking in the rooms. Additionally, having to use a key to access the floor where our room was located was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel offered two really nice complementary breakfasts which were greatly appreciated. the location was convenient with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to popular tourist attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering helpful suggestions for local restaurants and activities.

The air quality in the hotel was poor, with a strong smell of smoke that permeated throughout the entire building. the hotel was geared towards gambling, which may not be ideal for those who are not interested in that type of activity.

Our stay at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel was fantastic! We got great value for our money with a clean room, comfortable beds, and a beautiful view from the 7th floor. The staff was friendly, responsive, and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel surprised me with its large and well-appointed rooms. The entertainment system, including the biggest TV I've ever seen in a hotel room, made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the attention to detail, like the backlit mirror in the bathroom, was impressive. The clean and fresh-smelling rooms were a breath of fresh air compared to other hotels I've stayed in. The cafe served tasty food, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast from the buffet, which was available until 11:00am.
