The hotel had large rooms, which is unusual for this city. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The location was very convenient, as it was on a main subway line and just three stops away from the central Ginza district. The hotel was clean and had great facilities.

Convenient location near a subway station and connected to a shopping mall. The staff went above and beyond to help and even provided a complimentary bottle of champagne.

The service at the hotel was exceptional, from the check-in staff to the concierge. the concierge services were particularly impressive, providing detailed information, making reservations, and offering clear directions. the hotel's location in Roppongi was convenient, with easy access to the Tokyo metro subway and local restaurants. the common areas of the hotel were well-maintained, and the gym/spa/pool area was enjoyable, especially the massage chairs in the rest area.

The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The hotel itself was beautiful, with spacious and modern rooms. The club access upgrade was definitely worth it, providing great amenities and a nice view. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even opening the business center early for me. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Tokyo.

I had an exceptional stay at Grand Hyatt Tokyo. The location was perfect, with top-notch dining, shopping, and cultural attractions right at my doorstep. The room was spacious and luxurious, providing a comfortable home away from home. I highly recommend Grand Hyatt Tokyo for an unforgettable experience.

For the price we paid, we got great value with a spacious, clean room and a stunning view of Mt Fuji from the Club room. The location was convenient, especially with the indoor access to the nearby mall, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The breakfast menu could have been more varied or offered more options.
