The hotel had large rooms, which is unusual for this city. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The location was very convenient, as it was on a main subway line and just three stops away from the central Ginza district. The hotel was clean and had great facilities.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to transportation and a shopping center nearby. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.

They went above and beyond to make our time in Tokyo extra special. From making restaurant recommendations to helping us navigate the city, their knowledge and assistance were invaluable. The rooms were clean, modern, and equipped with high-end technology. We were truly impressed and would choose this hotel again without hesitation. Atsuko Ichimura at the concierge desk deserves a special mention for her amazing service. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Tokyo.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Tokyo for a week-long vacation. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool had a unique wood floor, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The spa had beautiful wood interiors and was perfect for unwinding. The lobby featured the best restaurant, with delicious pizza and a must-try strawberry ice cream. The cozy rooms had special soft sheets, and the automatic opening toilet was a convenient touch. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a variety of juices, meats, and bread. the hotel had a trendy and inviting atmosphere, in a great location with a view of Tokyo Tower.
