The hotel was conveniently situated next to a shopping mall and convention center, making it extremely convenient for us to explore and attend events. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service and fulfilling our special requests without any hesitation. The room was modern and well-designed, with all the amenities we could ask for, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool, which provided a relaxing and luxurious experience.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! the rooftop pool was a highlight, offering stunning views and plenty of towels. While there was no hot tub or food service on site, the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. the staff was incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs. Our room was beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds and a luxurious bathroom with a rain head shower. the location was perfect for exploring the area on foot. We have stayed at this Hyatt location before and each visit has been consistently wonderful. Thank you, Hyatt, for a memorable experience!

Despite the current circumstances, the location of this place was fantastic, with a variety of shops and eateries within walking distance. Additionally, there was a parking garage conveniently located across the street.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Centric in Long Beach for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location is superb, right in the center with easy access to restaurants in Shoreline Village and a cinema next door. The rooftop pool offers stunning views of the harbor, and despite its small size, it was never overcrowded. The room was comfortable and clean, thanks to the excellent housekeeping. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even offering us a late check-out and the option to store our luggage after our cruise.

The staff at the Hyatt Centric were excellent and very accommodating. The pool was also excellent, perfect for families with 2 small kids. The staff at the rooftop bar were amazing, hilarious, and aimed to please. The hotel was well decorated and the rooms were spacious and quiet. They also had a convenient breakfast ordering service and accepted room charge at the bar/shop.

I had a great stay at the Hyatt Centric. The spacious room and comfortable bed made for a relaxing experience. The location was perfect for exploring the Pike Street area and enjoying the nearby restaurants. The key-access elevator provided extra security.
