The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and always ready to assist with any queries or requests we had. Despite being a smaller hotel, we had the pool all to ourselves most days, which was a pleasant surprise. we had a wonderful time at Sheraton and would highly recommend this hotel.

She was incredibly friendly and informative, ensuring a warm welcome. The hotel was reasonably priced, especially considering its ongoing renovations. Despite the construction, the property was tidy and well-maintained. I was pleased with my room, which was clean, odor-free, and comfortable. The staff, including Kyle during check-in and Jeffrey at breakfast, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The attention to detail, such as preparing our breakfast to go, truly impressed me. I will definitely choose to stay at this Sheraton again in the future.

This hotel is a great value for the price. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice amenities like comfortable beds and two beds in each room. The location is fantastic, being in a high traffic area and close to everything. It's perfect for exploring the city or grabbing a bite to eat at a nearby restaurant in New York. The staff provides excellent service, with attention to detail and friendly assistance. Plus, the breakfast spread is tasty and satisfying.

The best aspects of our stay were the newly remodeled lobby and restaurant/bar area. the renovations were beautifully done and created a relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was far beyond our expectations in terms of variety and quality. The worst aspect of our stay was the parking situation. It was difficult to find parking later in the evening, and we had to walk quite a distance to the front of the building to gain entrance.

For families, we recommend this hotel. It has a swimming pool, fitness center, and picnic area, perfect for spending time with kids. Additionally, the hotel offers shuttle service, making it easy to get around without a car. we were impressed by the quality of this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Had an enjoyable Thanksgiving stay, appreciated the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi. the hotel's location was convenient, near shopping and restaurants. Another highlight was the friendly staff, who were always available to help.

The room's amenities were lacking, with no refrigerator or microwave. the shower was extremely small and the decor was in need of an update.
