We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture from the hotel staff at Hyatt. They went out of their way to welcome us with a fruit tray and a bottle of wine, making us feel like valued guests. The cozy rooms with fireplaces and updated decor added to the comfortable atmosphere. The outdoor pool and HUGE hot tub were easily accessible and provided great relaxation after a day on the slopes. The location was ideal, with easy access to Park City Main Street and a free shuttle service. we had a fantastic stay at Hyatt and would highly recommend it.

We loved the overall vibe of the hotel, with a nice reception, bar, and restaurant. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel facilities, including the hot tub with a cool waterfall next to it, were excellent. We also enjoyed the beautiful lobby and the ambience of the fireplace in our room. The location was perfect for skiing, with direct access to the slopes from the hotel.

We had an amazing time at Hyatt! The ski-in/ski-out setup with the ski valet was fantastic. Being just steps away from the Sunrise lift made our skiing experience so convenient. The location couldn't have been better.

Lizbit, who was terrific despite the craziness of a film festival going on, provided excellent service. The location was perfect for our family, with ski in/out access and a short walk to Canyons Village for the kids' lessons. The hotel itself was fantastic, with a beautiful lobby and clean rooms. The amenities were outstanding, including a spa, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The staff seemed overwhelmed at times but remained very pleasant and gracious throughout our interactions.

Service can be a little slow at times, but I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
