The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to both the blue and pink line, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions promptly. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the bar had delicious food and beverages served in a timely manner. we highly recommend this hotel and had a great experience!

my stay at this hotel was exceptional. having stayed in chicago before, i was pleasantly surprised by how hyatt house exceeded my expectations. the history of the old cook county hospital was captivating, and the beautifully designed rooms were a testament to the hotel's attention to detail. the breakfast options were plentiful and the staff were friendly and helpful.
