We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and comfortable bed. Although we experienced some issues with our check-in, the friendly staff went above and beyond to resolve the situation. we recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Hyatt House in Las Colinas for a weekend getaway. The hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful, complete with a refreshing pool and a BBQ area. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were incredibly comfy. The kitchen in our suite was lovely, and the AC kept us wonderfully cool. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, especially Dasia who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a made-to-order omelet station and a great selection of hot teas. The hotel also had a little bar with bites in the evening, and even a tennis court for those feeling ambitious. it was a fantastic experience!

The included breakfast was wonderful, with a nice selection of teas, although the coffee could have been better. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire staff was exceptionally helpful. They went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction, even when there was an issue with my original room. The entire experience was enjoyable, and my family and I loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. The affordable rate for an apartment-style hotel was unbeatable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchen that included a stove and refrigerator. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated at the crossroads of two busy roads with easy access to George Bush Turnpike. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining options.

The parking situation could have been better. However, it was just a minor inconvenience and didn't take away from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The bed was amazing, the room was spacious and comfortable. The mini-mall and Starbucks across the street was convenient. Access to a kitchen for meal preparation. Good value for the location and setup. Clean rooms. Helpful front desk staff.

I recently had a good experience at this hotel and found it to be well worth the price. One of the standout aspects was the convenience of having an LA Fitness membership during my stay. It was refreshing to have the option to engage in a healthy activity instead of just spending time in a bar or overeating.

The housekeeping team did an amazing job of keeping the room clean and tidy throughout my stay. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Comfortable & clean rooms. Excellent breakfast with made-to-order omelets. Kitchenette is a great addition. Property is well-equipped with basketball courts, pool and grilling areas. Spacious living room with TV, work desk, couch and dining table. Would recommend for family and friends.

The breakfast had a variety of options and the fresh fruit was great. It was also helpful to have a mini-mall across the street with several restaurants to choose from. the best part was the spacious and comfortable room that had a full kitchen and table for convenience.

There was a water line break that caused the hotel to shut off all water, leaving us without water to flush the toilets or take a shower until 4:30 in the morning. Although they said we would have water on within a few hours, it took much longer.

The location was quiet, perfect for a nice weekend stay. Furnished apartments were great for families with small kids.

Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.
