We love how close this place is to everything happening in downtown, making it super easy to explore. The family room was spacious and inviting, perfect for our kids to unwind and enjoy together. The staff were friendly and quick to assist us whenever we needed help.

One downside was the parking situation, which felt a bit cramped.

The high-pitched whine after flushing toilets is unbearable!!! There's no countertop or outlets in the bathroom, making it terribly inconvenient. Parking is a nightmare, especially if you have more than one vehicle!!!

The location was beyond lekker, just a short walk to all the shops and pubs! Our room had a cozy balcony with a killer view of the mountains. Plus, the staff were super friendly, even when we had a slight mix-up with the room.
