The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites in Chattanooga provided an excellent Wi-Fi service, which was crucial for my work needs. The rooms were well appointed, and I especially appreciated mine being far from the elevator, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The room was roomy and clean, and the extra pillows provided made the stay very relaxing.

One minor inconvenience was the valet parking service. The wrong car was delivered to us, and we had to wait longer than usual.

The location of the hotel was perfect for families with kids as it offered easy access to exciting attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium, the Southern Bell, Chattanooga Choo Choo, Coolidge Park, Warner Zoo. Our children were thrilled with the fun and educational experiences at the aquarium and the beautiful scenery at Ruby Falls and Rock City. The hotel's convenient proximity to these attractions made our family trip an unforgettable adventure, providing us with ample opportunities for exploration and enjoyment.

My wife says that providing a complimentary children's entertainment area or activity room within the hotel premises would be great for families with children, offering parents a chance to relax while their kids are entertained.

The staff helped me find great places to eat during my first stay. This place suits me perfectly—it has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, indoor swimming pool, laundry, and more. Coming back for Christmas!

It was super close to the Tennessee Aquarium and other cool spots like Rock City. We could easily walk to all the attractions, and the rooms were comfy and clean. Plus, the staff was chill and always ready to help out. it was a sick location for an epic weekend with the squad.

The only thing that would've made it even better for us would be if they had a cool rooftop hangout spot. You know, a place where we could chill and vibe after a day of exploring.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was ideal - super close to everything downtown. We were able to walk to many restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. The hotel itself was very clean and the facilities were great. The beds were comfy and the TVs were a good size. The staff was polite and accommodating. We also appreciated the convenience of valet parking for a small charge. a great experience!

The hotel's location was convenient and we could walk to all the attractions we wanted to visit. our vacation was awesome and we would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Chattanooga.
