This hotel is in a great location, with cute cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable, with a view of the river. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding, with an omelet bar and tasty options. The gym facilities and Wi-Fi are impressive.

One negative aspect is that housekeeping could be improved, as some guests had to spot clean the bathroom themselves.

We also appreciated being able to bring our dog along and the staff was very kind to her. Despite not having a view of the river, the location was perfect for accessing the river walk without the high price of the river front hotels. We also enjoyed the breakfast, especially the made-to-order omelet station. we would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

We stayed in a hotel close to everything, right on the water and easy walking to beautiful trails. The rooms were cozy and clean, with nice kitchenettes. The service was fantastic, with helpful staff and quick valet parking. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection of hot and cold foods. The Portland Tram stop was just in front of the hotel, which made all of downtown Portland easily accessible.

The parking fee was quite high and felt like a money grab.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with public transport right outside the doorstep and plenty of nearby restaurants for a nice evening walk and dinner. the room was very clean and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the fresh fruit. the bed was extremely comfy and provided a great night's sleep.

One thing to be aware of is that if you are staying in one of the rooms that accommodates five, it faces a construction site that starts early in the morning. When we asked about a room change, the staff didn't offer any apologies, just a white noise machine or earplugs.
