I stayed in a tiny bathroom where the shower was dangerously slippery, and there were no handles to help. The toilet paper holder was annoyingly close, and the stale smoke smell made the whole experience so disappointing.

The room was clean and recently updated. Beds were comfortable, though a bit too firm for my preference. The temperature control was tricky at first; it was quite cold upon entering. The heater needed a quick plug adjustment before it warmed up. Water pressure in the shower was good, but the bathroom could use more towels—only two were provided. Noise levels were surprisingly low, making for a peaceful stay. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, though some amenities, like ice and clearer TV instructions, could be improved.
