Checked in on 7/13/19, friendly staff greeted me instantly, amazing breakfast buffet, clean rooms with updated appliances, pool with beautiful view, accommodating late checkout allowed.

The complimentary breakfast had a great selection, especially the Kashi brand cereal options that catered to my family's dietary restrictions. The internet speed was also impressive. The staff was amazing, always smiling and friendly. They were particularly accommodating to my 15-month-old and dog, offering them snacks and saying hi to my little one. They even went out of their way to make breakfast easier for my family. The hotel felt like a home away from home, with everything you need to relax and unwind. It served as a great "home base" for our travels, conveniently located near the freeway and the places we wanted to visit. The staff's friendliness and welcoming attitude made us feel truly valued during our stay.

My stay at Hyatt House was fantastic. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I appreciated all the amenities that were provided during my stay.

I did notice that some improvements could be made in the layout of the food. When there were a lot of people in line, it would have been helpful if the bread, bagels, and muffins were situated to the right of the toaster.

The mattress was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. They were understanding when I had to cancel a reservation and did not charge me. a great experience at this location.

Located quite close to the airport and with easy access to the Raleigh-Durham area, this hotel is convenient for travelers. In the nearby strip mall, guests can find some restaurants, like the exquisite dining at G.58 Cuisine, that cost a little more but offer remarkable menu options. Rooms are clean and modern with comfortable bedding and efficient air conditioning. Bathroom amenities are well-supplied, and service is friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a decent breakfast option with some snacks given to children.

The view from the room isn't anything special.

The hotel had a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and a full-size fridge with a separate freezer. The room was modern and matched the pictures. It was also quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel was pet-friendly.

We loved the friendly staff and their willingness to help. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the spacious rooms with a sitting area. The location was ideal for our needs, as it was close to our son's house and not far from major shopping centers and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near RDU Airport, making transportation a breeze.

Great place for a business trip! the breakfast spread was amazing , so many options to choose from, including make, your, own waffles. the room was clean and quiet, despite being near the airport. I appreciated having a coffee pot, microwave, and fridge in my room, as well as the convenience of the shuttle service to nearby corporations and the airport.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the limited food options on Sunday night were a bit disappointing, as many restaurants in the nearby strip mall were also closed.
