We loved staying in a beachfront villa as it surpassed our expectations. The location by the shore was perfect, with just enough jungle surrounding the hotel to make other resorts seem obsolete. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including the private pool and outdoor shower, was exceptional. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Alberto who helped us with everything from booking activities to assisting with our assistance animal. The breakfast options were a-la-carte and delicious, with a wide range of choices. the positive energy and atmosphere at this hotel made it a perfect stay for us.

The daily construction noise was disruptive. Noise from hammers and chainsaws during breakfast and by the pool was annoying. The staff was friendly and grounds were beautiful, but the noise affected the overall experience. A partial refund would be fair.

This hotel had the most unique concept! We stayed in private wooden houses with our own small pool, surrounded by a wooden fence and trees for privacy. The pool could be heated upon request, and there was even an outside shower in the back. The central pool next to the beach was also a great spot, as it had two fantastic restaurants. The breakfast was a la carte with a wide range of delicious options, and the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We were spoiled by the attentive service and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Viceroy. The personal touch with handmade soaps and mezcal tasting at check-in made us feel truly welcomed. The villa with a private pool exceeded our expectations, and the beds were so comfortable. We also had a fantastic spa experience, highly recommended. We loved the privacy and overall calming atmosphere of the resort.

We absolutely loved the private wooden houses with a small private pool. The surrounding wooden fence and trees provided privacy, and the optional heated pool was a great feature. The outside shower added to the amazing experience. The central pool next to the beach and the two restaurants were also highlights. The food and room service were fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We stayed at the Viceroy for 8 nights to avoid the resort atmosphere in Cancun. The staff were warm and attentive, always making us feel like VIPs. The grounds and accommodations were lovely, offering privacy and quiet spots by the pool and beach. The rotating menus at the two restaurants kept us excited about the food options every night. The chef prepared masterful meals, adding to our wonderful experience.
