I chose this hotel for attending a confab because it provides excellent meeting facilities, a 24-hour business center, and efficient express check-in and check-out services. The meeting rooms were spacious and well-equipped, making it convenient for my work requirements.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated shuttle service to transport guests to and from the conference venue.

Justin at the front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring all my special requirements for the rooms were fulfilled. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight, offering a fun and relaxing experience along with a breathtaking view of downtown Charlotte. The rooms were in very good condition, with comfortable beds and a convenient location within walking distance to the Bank of America stadium.

The water in the bathroom took quite some time to heat up during my stay. The shower never quite reached the desired temperature, only providing warm water.

I encountered a minor issue during my stay at Hyatt Place Charlotte Downtown. The valet service on Saturday, September 26th, resulted in a delay due to misplaced car keys, causing us to miss our dinner reservations.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their friendly and helpful attitude. the lobby, located on the 10th floor, was a nice surprise and had a great atmosphere with comfortable seating areas and computers to use. Our room was spacious and perfect for our family, with a comfortable bed, a dining table, and a separate TV. We also enjoyed the decent-sized exercise facility and the rooftop bar/restaurant with its stunning city view. the breakfast provided was top-notch, truly delicious and offered a wide variety of choices.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in downtown Charlotte for a few nights with my family. We were delighted to find that the hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance of museums and restaurants. The free breakfast offered a variety of choices in a pleasant environment. The concierge was friendly and gave us great recommendations for things to do. The room was spacious, with two queens and a comfortable sofa bed. The morning breakfast staff was fantastic, and I was pleasantly surprised to find my preferred coffee creamer available. I was also impressed that the staff offered to ship our forgotten belongings back to us. I am extremely happy with our stay and would gladly return in the future.

This hotel is a fantastic value for money. Not only is it in walking distance to the convention center, but it's also located in a great area right around everything in the downtown area. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the rooms are great with comfortable King beds. If you're lucky enough to stay on the 10th or 14th floor, you'll have an amazing view of the city. Additionally, the breakfast is excellent with various choices in a pleasant environment.

No negative aspects.

The hotel was kind enough to move us to another location and cover our room and dinner when our original room wasn't available. They also went above and beyond by comping our parking and extending our room for an additional night. The staff were exceptional and the room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance to the Panther Stadium and local restaurants. We were able to leave our car parked all weekend. The corner suite provided us with a stunning city view from its many windows. Highly recommend for a great view!

My recent stay at this hotel was overall a pleasant experience. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were attentive to my needs and made sure I felt comfortable.

Although my stay at this hotel was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of issues that could be improved upon. The hotel should ensure that guests are not placed in rooms that are below noisy facilities such as the gym.

Clean, spacious rooms. Convenient location near Spectrum Arena and great restaurants. Large windows with nice views. Beautiful King Deluxe room perfect for a quiet getaway.
