The elevators were a major inconvenience. one was out of order during my stay, causing long waits and a chaotic experience trying to get up and down.

My experience was marred by significant issues with the elevators at the hotel. One of the two elevators was out of service during my stay, which made getting around a challenge. Additionally, the valet parking situation was frustrating. I often had to wait long periods for my car, which was disappointing given the expectations for a more seamless experience.

Jafad was just the best chommie, running check-in and the bar like a boss. Always smiling and super helpful. The views from my room? Wow! Totally made the stay special. And brekkie was lekker, way better than I expected!

The location was central and made accessing attractions easy. However, the room felt cramped. the two queen beds were small, and the toilet had trouble flushing. Valet parking, while prompt, was $38 a day and should have been disclosed beforehand. More attention to detail in cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, is needed, as the shower tiles showed signs of mildew. On a positive note, the fresh croissants at breakfast were a delightful touch.

during my recent stay, I loved how close the hotel was to First Ward Park, perfect for an afternoon stroll, and the quick walk to the NASCAR Hall of Fame was such a treat for a racing fan like me.

hyatt place is conveniently close to the light rail line, making it easy to explore the area. the 24-hour fitness center was a nice perk. the staff was doing their best during check-out, even with a busy valet situation.

The King Room with Sofa Bed and City View offered a wonderfully large space and stunning vistas that made the stay memorable. Breakfast, while satisfactory, could have used more fresh fruit to enhance the selection. The valet service was generally friendly but could experience delays during peak times. I enjoyed a delicious gourmet sandwich from the bar, which added a nice touch to my overall experience.
