During my stay at a hotel in Itasca, I was impressed by the convenient location and comfortable rooms. The hotel provided a shuttle service within a 5-mile radius, which made it easy for me to explore the area. The rooms were spacious and cleaned well every day, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel is situated in a nice suburb of Chicago, right by two great restaurants, in a business park. Staff was friendly and rooms were equipped with comfortable king-size beds and WiFi, and breakfast was included with many options offered.

We stayed at Hyatt Place for a weekend getaway and were impressed with the exceptional staff. The front desk "Sam" went above and beyond to fix our heater issue, even delivering hot coffee and extra blankets to our room. The hotel manager "David" ensured we had a great rest of our stay. Peter the concierge was also very helpful. We'll definitely be coming back to Hyatt!

Our recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! We loved the location, with two great restaurants within walking distance and easy access to a train station for downtown Chicago. Despite being located on one of the worst highways in the country, noise was not an issue in the well-insulated rooms. The room itself was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was a highlight with delicious options like pancakes, bacon, and steel-cut oats. We also enjoyed the clean pool and well-equipped gym.

Some guests reported issues with noisy neighbors, but the staff was not always helpful in addressing the problem promptly.
