The food for breakfast could be more diverse.

At Hyatt Place, the staff, including Kayla, Isiah, Gina, Trinity. the rooms were clean, with adjustable temperatures and nice bathrooms. the breakfast area was well-maintained and had a beautiful food display. the location was convenient, and overall the hotel was clean and welcoming.

As adventure travelers, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, which was in close proximity to all the attractions and activities in the area. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The continental breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, perfect for grabbing a quick bite before heading out on our adventures. Additionally, the availability of a wheelchair during our stay was a helpful amenity.

The location of the hotel was convenient for our needs and we found it to be clean and well-maintained. The room itself had swanky amenities and the beautiful decor added an upscale touch to our stay. Additionally, the continental breakfast, although it closed earlier than expected, was a nice convenience.

The parking system was quite frustrating, as the room cards required to use the elevator and park were faulty and caused us issues.

The hotel is very close to a university which was convenient for our visit. the hotel is modern, and the laminate flooring made us feel like the room was very clean. the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating which made us feel very comfortable and welcomed.

We weren't happy with the parking situation. Although there was ample space, the valet parking was too expensive for those of us that needed to go in and out of the hotel often, and the public lot was troublesome when the gate was working.

The location of Hyatt Place was absolutely perfect, right next to everything we wanted to explore. The rooms were spotless and the blackout shades worked wonders for a good night's sleep. The pool was a highlight, with a 6-inch shelf perfect for lounging or for the kids to play on. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of grab & go options, and the breakfast staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The two queen room we stayed in also had a massive sofa that was even more comfortable than the beds.

The staff was welcoming, professional, and polite. The room was clean and comfortable, with responsive temperature controls and a nice bathroom. The breakfast staff presented a beautiful spread and maintained exceptional cleanliness. The location was perfect, with helpful security personnel and valet parking available.
