Nothing that I didn't like.

Our recent stay at Hyatt Place was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for our stay. The staff was helpful in assisting us with parking our large truck, ensuring we had a hassle-free experience. Additionally, the hotel's focus on cleanliness and hygiene made us feel safe and secure during these times. we would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, helpful staff, and comfortable atmosphere.

The location was excellent! Right off the freeway and close to restaurants and shopping center. The property was clean and provided a decent breakfast with safe protocols in mind. The food was served individually into plastic containers. The room was clean and comfortable. Great place to stop for a night or two!

Room had nice mountain view. Breakfast offered a variety of options, including sausage, eggs, and potatoes one day. Wish dining area was open all day for seating. Staff provided excellent customer service, especially the morning front desk lady who multitasked effortlessly. Rooms were modern with Smart TVs and comfortable AC/heating units. a great stay.

We had a great time during our romantic escape. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for us to relax in. We also enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Additionally, the included breakfast was a nice touch, offering a variety of options to start our day off right.

There were a couple of negative aspects during our stay. the walls seemed quite thin, as we could hear noise from neighboring rooms and people walking above us.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The surfaces felt sterile, and even after wiping them down with disinfectant wipes, there was no dirt or dust. The floors were also spotless. The bedding smelled freshly washed, so I didn't need to change them. The room itself was nice and modern, with a Smart TV that allowed us to easily stream Netflix from our phones. The AC/heating unit was strong and well-positioned, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature without blowing directly onto the beds. The customer service was outstanding, especially the lady at the front desk in the morning who multitasked and remained calm. The breakfast selection was great, with a variety of options each day. The ample and free parking was a bonus.

Spending Christmas with my family at this hotel was a great experience! the breakfast selection was fantastic: one day we had sausages, eggs, and potatoes, and the next day we enjoyed French toast, sausages, and eggs. We also loved the boosters and high chairs provided in the dining area. the hotel's location was perfect for travelers like us who want to explore the city. We were close to shopping centers, restaurants, and the freeway.

Our stay was not perfect. the parking was a bit tight, and it was challenging for us to find space for our large truck.

Excellent customer service, especially in the morning, multitasking front desk lady deserves recognition. Modern rooms with Smart TV for Netflix use. Strong AC without blowing on beds. Some vibration but not bothersome. Good breakfast and ample free parking. Would stay again.

We got great value for our money, with spacious rooms and a large TV. The location is perfect, right off the freeway and close to restaurants and shopping. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to help us during our stay.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in Fresno for one night while visiting home from out of town. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with sterile surfaces and spotless floors. The bedding smelled freshly washed, and I didn't need to change anything for my little ones. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The location was convenient, and they even had EV charging stations. it was a stress-free and relaxing stay.
