During our recent stay at Hyatt Place, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. The brand-new property was spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Although we encountered a couple of minor issues, such as a lack of secure wifi and confusion regarding parking fees, the staff at Hyatt Place went above and beyond to resolve these problems. They were attentive and found alternatives to ensure our stay was not negatively impacted.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as we were within walking distance of museums and entertainment options. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to assist us, even when we had a midnight question about billing.

I loved the spacious and comfortable room at Hyatt Place. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the after-shower robes added a nice touch of luxury. The hotel was brand new, so everything was clean and fresh. The on-site restaurant, Tupelo Honey, was fantastic and offered delicious food. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the staff I interacted with were very nice and tried their best to make my stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

The view from our corner room was breathtaking and the space was perfect for two. The glass shower was a nice touch. Conveniently located near museums and attractions. We would recommend this hotel despite minor drawbacks.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning, offering a breathtaking sight. the staff was incredibly kind and friendly, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. the bathroom and room itself were spotlessly clean, creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment. the abundance of storage space, including the cabinet and wardrobe, was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the nice-sized refrigerator in the room was convenient for storing drinks and snacks.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the breakfast options were very limited, consisting mainly of coffee and muffins.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in downtown. My daughter had an appointment at Helen DeVos Children’s hospital, so we chose this hotel for its convenient location. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was nice and updated, and the blackout curtains made for a restful sleep. The hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the attached parking garage was a bonus. it was a great experience.

I had an awesome stay at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was surrounded by great places to visit. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and they had complimentary champagne waiting in my room. The room amenities were top-notch and included coffee facilities and a refrigerator. I also enjoyed their delicious dining restaurant and bar/lounge area.
