The location is great for exploring Colorado Springs, with restaurants, parks, and shops within walking distance. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the check-in process is easy. The room was comfortable, and we appreciated the quick response to our request for a mini fridge. The attached restaurant served the best Manhattan we've ever had.

We had a fantastic experience at the Mining Exchange! The room was beautifully done, with a separate sleeping and sitting area. The bathroom was wonderful, with a private WC. The concierge was very helpful with suggestions for dining and visiting attractions. The valets, front desk staff, and bartender were all incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. We especially loved the $3 beers during Happy Hour. The location is perfect for exploring downtown and is close to many fun places. Despite the limited time we had, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back for a longer visit. I highly recommend this hotel.

My daughter and I stayed at this fabulous hotel for 2 nights during our Colorado trip. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The decor in the rooms was lovely, and our corner room offered a great view of the city. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, with a double-headed shower and separate tub. The valet service was top-notch and the hotel's historical updates only made it better. We can't wait for the spa to reopen!
