I stayed at Hyatt Place for 3 nights and it was fantastic. The location was perfect, close to attractions like the mystic aquarium and seaport, and within walking distance to old mystic village. The staff were amazing, always attentive and friendly. Vanessa and Steve were great from the start, and I appreciated the real glasses and mugs in the room. The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and spacious. I loved my stay at Hyatt and will definitely be coming back.

The location was perfect, as it was close to everything important to me, including attractions and restaurants. Had an amazing weekend at this hotel! the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even offering us complementary breakfast every morning. the location was great, within walking distance to some shops and restaurants, with a free shuttle that took us to other attractions quickly. the room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities and a quiet location.

The only thing we wished for was a larger fitness center on the premises. But, with so much to do around the area, it didn't really matter much.

Our short vacation trip was made very comfortable and hassle-free thanks to the hotel we stayed in. The location was perfect as it was close to everything we wanted to do, including the boats, aquarium, and downtown area. Our room was spacious with a separate seating area and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast served was delicious, especially the fresh fruit. The staff, including the check-in staff, was amazing and very informative.

The two girls, Sharnice and Zulikya, were fabulous during the storm and went above and beyond. The staff was exceedingly kind and professional. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the location was superb for day trips to the Seaport and Aquarium. The hotel is clean and convenient, making it a great option for backpackers.

This hotel is close to all the nearby attractions and is on a hill near the Olde Mystik Village. The service provided by the staff is great and they pay good attention to detail. The rooms are nicely decorated, some with a king size bed and a comfortable pull-out couch. The breakfast included in the rate was good, with some different items for complimentary fare.
