I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the financial district was perfect, with beautiful water views and a short walk to the MetroMover station. The area felt safe and affluent, with everything I needed within reach. The service from the staff was impeccable, from the friendly customer service to the attentive bar and housekeeping staff. The room was spacious and clean, with a walk-in closet in the master bedroom and a lovely balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped, and I appreciated having access to a washing machine and dryer.

The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The staff members, Kevin, Julie, and Klara, were exceptional and provided great customer service. We also loved the fact that the hotel was in the financial district with a beautiful water view to South Beach, and it was conveniently located close to the cruise ship port.

The staff was helpful and friendly, especially Nick who welcomed us and suggested a swim in the outdoor pool to help us relax after our long flight. They even allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel while we explored the city before our cruise. we had a wonderful experience at Fortune House Hotel Suites. I highly recommend it!
