Spacious room, friendly staff, enhanced by a full kitchen allowing us to reheat leftovers, and located just a 10-minute stroll from the Brickell mover station for easy exploration.

No faults whatsoever.

We loved our two-bedroom suite, which was spacious and family-friendly. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the Metro mover, making it easy to explore local restaurants and bars. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Amy at the front desk, who allowed us to check in early. The outdoor heated pool was a delightful spot for our kids after a busy day of sightseeing!

The only downside was the hefty valet parking fee.

the room was filthy, and having a staff member walk in as we checked in was absolutely beyond acceptable. also, the absence of a soap holder in the bathroom is just ridiculous. i expected at least a complimentary gift for these inconveniences but clearly they have no idea how to treat their guests, shame.

I was welcomed with champagne and water! The lobby was filled with stunning orchids, and my suite had beautiful oversized sinks and a fully equipped kitchen! Staff gave great service, even at night!

I encountered several issues during my stay at Fortune House Hotel Suites. The air conditioning in my room was quite noisy and disrupted my sleep, making it hard to get a good rest. Additionally, the internet connection was spotty and randomly disconnected, which was frustrating since I needed to catch up on work. I was also disappointed with the limited pool hours, which didn't match what I expected from a hotel of this caliber.

I loved having a washer and dryer in our suite and the spacious apartment feel! However, our breakfast experience was not ideal, lacking prompt service. I'd select this place again!

The location was super convenient, just a 10 min drive to the aquarium. Kids loved the pool. it was right by our room! Our suite had a full kitchen, which was awesome, but watch out for the extra charges on snacks. Overall, this place was a sweet getaway!

The spacious suite was perfect for our family with three small kids, and we loved the easy access to the beautiful Crandon Park beach for some fun in the sun! The kids enjoyed splashing around while we appreciated the comforts of home in our suite.

My wife says that the pillows could be firmer.

the pillows had mould on them. very disappointing. the suite was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. plus a washing machine and dryer. staff were friendly and helpful, offering a free room upgrade!
