During my transit stay at Fortune House Hotel Suites, I was impressed by the convenient location, just a short 10-minute walk from Brickell mover and a mere 1.9 km from Bayfront Park, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The hotel's close proximity to Miami International Airport, only 15 km away, provided added convenience for my travel plans.

While my stay at Fortune House Hotel Suites was pleasant overall, I encountered minor maintenance issues in the room, such as loose closet and cabinet knobs, as well as a broken hairdryer. However, the attentive staff promptly addressed these concerns, ensuring a comfortable experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the financial district was perfect, with beautiful water views and a short walk to the MetroMover station. The area felt safe and affluent, with everything I needed within reach. The service from the staff was impeccable, from the friendly customer service to the attentive bar and housekeeping staff. The room was spacious and clean, with a walk-in closet in the master bedroom and a lovely balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped, and I appreciated having access to a washing machine and dryer.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all amenities. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the beautiful pool. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The staff members, Kevin, Julie, and Klara, were exceptional and provided great customer service. We also loved the fact that the hotel was in the financial district with a beautiful water view to South Beach, and it was conveniently located close to the cruise ship port.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location! The room was clean and comfortable, with a stunning view from the 18th floor. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds and couch were really comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool and spa. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially Nick who welcomed us and suggested a swim in the outdoor pool to help us relax after our long flight. They even allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel while we explored the city before our cruise. we had a wonderful experience at Fortune House Hotel Suites. I highly recommend it!

The Fortune House hotel Suites in Miami was an absolute delight. The room was beautifully decorated, the furnishings elegant, and the view from the balcony was fabulous, offering stunning city views. The modern and clean amenities, including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and walk-in closets, made my stay comfortable and convenient.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no plug to put in the bathtub, so I couldn’t enjoy a hot bath. the front door is a bit off, needing to be slammed shut, which made me concerned about potential noise disturbance for neighbors, if any.

Our weekend was made better by the hotel's amazing staff. They offered us two complementary facts that we weren't even expecting. The hotel was located in a great area, close to many attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view from the balcony.

We were not satisfied with the food that was served to us via room service. The taste was unbearable and we had to throw it away.

This hotel is perfectly located in an affluent downtown area with tons of access to whatever you need. The rooms are spacious with great facilities, a kitchen, and basic amenities, making it a great value for money. The staff and service are exceptional, making the stay comfortable and unforgettable.
