This hotel is amazing! The location is truly convenient, being directly at the airport. The basic amenities such as fridge in the room with comfortable bed and couch are superb. The staff here are friendly and pay great attention to detail. The breakfast included hot chocolate is delicious and filling!

Our family stayed here one night to catch an early flight back to NY. The staff was super friendly and the shuttle service was convenient and close to the airport. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and the customer service has been excellent since making the reservation. The manager on duty was very helpful and we enjoyed the late-night bar and café. it was a great hotel stay worth the money. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the excellent staff at this hotel. They were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. the location was also a key advantage, with its proximity to the airport making it convenient for travel. Additionally, the free shuttle and free wifi offered by the hotel were great perks that added value to my stay.

I was disappointed with the lack of in, room coffee provided by the hotel. the one, cup, at, a, time coffee maker with small coffee packets was inconvenient.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The staff were caring and made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived at the airport. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and even a fridge. The included breakfast was a nice touch, and they even had hot chocolate available, which was a pleasant surprise.

I had an early flight and needed a hotel close to the airport. Hyatt Place was the perfect choice! The free shuttle service made it easy to get to the airport quickly. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. I'll definitely be back!

The location of this hotel is superb for travelers flying in and out of the airport. Being next to the freeway was perfect for our family of 5, as it made getting around Reno very easy. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a separate sitting area and a fridge. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruit, cooked eggs, bacon, and yummy potatoes.

The noise from the freeway was a bit louder than we expected, but it was necessary to keep the air circulating on a hot summer day.

I had a wonderful overnight stay at a conveniently located hotel near the Reno Tahoe Airport. The shuttle service and park and fly option made it so convenient for my early morning flight. The breakfast included in my stay was more than just a continental breakfast, and I enjoyed the indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. The small fitness center was a nice bonus with free weights and exercise machines. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again, especially for early AM flights!
