Friendly staff and great facility. Noisy upstairs guests kept me up all night.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very efficient at check-in and always kind and courteous. The room was excellent, with a large TV and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also great, with a nice shower and tub. The location was perfect, with many good restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to others.

While the overall experience was excellent, the only downside was some noise from staff going in and out early in the morning. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not diminish the overall quality of the hotel.

We stayed here during Christmas and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the check-in process was quick and the room was clean and spacious. the beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. the location was perfect, just a short drive away from all the major attractions. Another advantage was the included breakfast, which had a good variety of options to choose from.

The staff at Hyatt Place South Bend/Mishawaka were incredibly kind and made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our entire stay.

The hotel's location was perfect for our needs as it was situated in the center of a city block and close to everything. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond with their cheerful and sincere hospitality. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed with a separate sleeping area and a desk/food area. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the fact that the TV was on a wall away from the shared wall, reducing outside noise. The hotel facilities, including the fitness center, were excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay here. it is in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The sitting area and beds in the room were comfortable, and we appreciated that the noise from other guests was minimal, as they were in another area. The room amenities were also impressive, including ironing facilities, a refrigerator, and free toiletries. We enjoyed the food at the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area, and the breakfast buffet had a lot of options.

That the front desk staff seemed to be overwhelmed at times, without a manager on duty during busy periods. However, overall, we were impressed with the welcoming service, such as the complimentary welcome drink, and the leisure facilities were also great.
