The Hyatt Regency Austin provided a comfortable and modern stay with a fantastic view overlooking the city from across the river. The room was well equipped, with a safe and a refrigerator, making it convenient for storing valuables and keeping drinks and snacks cold.

The only minor downside was the lack of a full-length mirror in the room, which I found slightly inconvenient for getting ready.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic, with stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The room itself was wonderful, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight for me was the amazing sushi bar onsite, offering delicious and fresh sushi options.

One of the downsides of my stay was the conference food. Unfortunately, it was not very good and I even encountered uncooked rice at one lunch.

I also enjoyed a great sushi experience in the hotel's lounge/bar, as well as the convenient proximity to the park for leisurely walks. The staff at the front desk provided exceptional service, adding to the overall positive experience. The gym was good and the TV in the room was excellent. There was also easy access to the beautiful Lady Bird Lake trail.

During my transit in Austin, I found the Hyatt Regency Austin to be conveniently located in downtown, within easy access to the central city. The hotel's close proximity to attractions such as the Stevie Ray Vaughan Statue and Barton Springs Municipal Pool made it easy for me to explore the area during my short stay.

The parking situation was a bit inconvenient, with expensive valet parking and a parking garage that closed early at 11 pm. the need to request a lower floor due to safety concerns for my son was a minor drawback.

Everything was what I needed and wanted.

This hotel is ideally located close to the main sights. It is also just a short walk away from the river trail, providing a perfect place for a morning jog. You can access nightlife within 15 minutes on foot. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. You can enjoy an excellent breakfast with a good variety of dishes. The gym is well-equipped, and the rooftop pool is relaxing, offering great views of the surroundings.

The coffee provided in the room is not up to the mark and is stronger than usual.

Stayed over the weekend and the staff was incredibly friendly. We were given two complimentary breakfast buffet tickets which was a nice gesture. The location was great, right near a nice lake and close to all the city action. The view from the room was breathtaking, and watching the city lights at night was a plus. , loved the little snack shop which had a wide variety of options, including non-dairy products!

The shower faucet was located behind the solid glass which made it quite inconvenient to reach, and you would get drenched by the cold water. Parking was a bit expensive, but the hotel provided a tip to avoid this.
