Great staff and comfy rooms

The location is spot on, and the rooms are super spacious, which I loved. The staff were really helpful, especially when I had parking issues. The food's good, but def not budget-friendly. A bit annoying that the parking costs $25 daily and there’s no free coffee in the lobby.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the location couldn't have been better, especially for Game Day at Levi Stadium. the staff at Hyatt Regency were extremely helpful and courteous, going out of their way to assist us. the room service was excellent and prompt, and the pool and bar were also top-notch. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property and loved the relaxing hot tub at night. the breakfast served delicious pancakes, and having complimentary Starbucks coffee in the rooms was a delightful touch. We can't wait to stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The manager who checked us in was extremely friendly and attentive. We were impressed by the variety and quality of the food options. The hotel recently opened a new coffee shop that had a great selection of snacks. Although there was a long line for coffee due to the conference, the staff went above and beyond by handing out free coffee to those waiting in line. The hotel is also conveniently located near a shopping center with restaurants and a Whole Foods. We also enjoyed the nice pool. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance of these two major venues. The service at this hotel was top-notch, from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. We also appreciated the wide range of amenities provided in our room, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, and we enjoyed relaxing in the garden furniture. we were very impressed with the quality and comfort provided by this hotel.

Rooms were cleaned daily, market available for small snacks, enjoyed the sushi, quiet aircon, breakfast buffet had variety. Bar offered great dining selection including delicious pizza. Convenient location for conference centre with friendly staff. Early check-in available with outstanding customer service.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency! The hotel was in a convenient location and the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially loved the proximity to Levi's Stadium for the 49ers game. The food served at the hotel was fabulous as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

A great advantage of this hotel was the proximity to a lovely authentic Singaporean restaurant close to Lewis football stadium. If you're in a mood for some great street food, this is the place to go. Additionally, the hotel is in downtown San Jose, which is perfect for sightseeing and going out at night.

The soundproofing wasn't the best, and the noise from the adjacent rooms could be easily heard.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect setting for a romantic escape. Secondly, the food offered at the lobby was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the variety of snacks available. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the airport made our departure stress-free, as we were able to quickly reach our flight without any hassle. It was the perfect location for a romantic escape.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. there was a limited selection of nearby restaurants, forcing us to either leave or order food delivery.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for us as we were attending an event at the nearby stadium. It was just a short walk away, which made it very convenient. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of quality services that enhanced our stay. The room service staff were excellent, always responsive and efficient. The housecleaner was also very friendly and accommodating, even cleaning around us when we were in the room.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency in Santa Clara for a business trip. The room, lobby, and fitness center were immaculate and had a stylish design. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room service was fast and delicious. I was impressed with the thoughtful amenities, such as the complimentary toiletries and the quick response to my requests. The welcome process was efficient, and they went above and beyond by offering food and water during a game day gathering. Their response to a minor issue was exceptional, comping our room service meal.
