The staff were super friendly, especially the chommie at reception. My room was proper clean and comfy, and the festive lobby decor was a lekker touch! Oh, and I loved the handy bottle-filling fountain on the lower level, got to stay hydrated while vibing on my trip.

Breakfast service started a bit late for my schedule, but no worries, the a la carte menu was decent enough.

I enjoyed the spacious pool area, but was disappointed as there was loud kids' activities during my evening relaxation time. The dinner options felt overpriced, especially compared to similar hotels.

i almost gave a great review, but the limited dining options felt like a betrayal, especially when room service arrived cold in boxes. the $35 parking fee is highway robbery, yet no one cared to offer a complimentary gesture for my troubles. three nights felt like an eternity here. totally disappointing, to say the least.

The hotel's location was great, with a lovely outdoor patio perfect for evening gatherings. The pool area was inviting, and I appreciated the friendly staff who were quick to assist with any request.

However, I ran into some challenges with parking. the $30 nightly fee was quite steep, and the narrow stalls posed a risk of getting my car scratched. The elevators were also somewhat slow during busy hours.

Had a boss time, la! The staff were dead sound, really made us feel welcome. Pool area was proper lush for chillin'. But, the room could've done with a decent clean. had a few issues, you know?

Elevated parking fees really shock!!! Inconsistent hot water availability during my stay left me frustrated!!! The cleanliness standards need a boost, especially the outdated restroom facilities. Some noise disturbances really affected the peace!!! Room furnishings felt dated. Checkout process is a mess, totally inconvenienced my family!!!

Surprised in the best way!

I loved how my room was beautifully arranged for my boyfriend’s 21st birthday, complete with a signed card from the staff! The location was perfect for exploring, and our accommodations were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything we wanted to do was just minutes away. Can’t wait to return!

The location hits the spot! Loved having coffee by the cozy outdoor fireplace and those movie nights were a blast! so close to everything I wanted to see in La Jolla and it felt very welcoming.

Parking fees were a bit much! and the dining options could use a bit more variety.

I absolutely loved how easy it was to take public transport to the beach and other sights. everything was so accessible, making my city strolls a breeze. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay.

I enjoyed the fresh local ingredients at the hotel dining options. A notable moment was when the front desk agent assisted my family with an early check-in, which was helpful given our travel schedule. I appreciated the beach area's charm. The tennis courts and outdoor pool were inviting. However, the nearby shopping and dining options made it fun to explore during my stay. I look forward to bringing my partner for a future visit.
