Convenient Location

During my stay at Sheraton, I was delighted to find that the hotel's location was incredibly convenient. It was just minutes away from popular attractions like Midtown, Country Club Plaza, and River Market. The hotel even offers a free streetcar service that takes you all the way to River Market. The covered walkway, called the link, was a pleasant surprise as it provided easy access to Crown Center Plaza and Union Station. Plus, the view from my room on the 33rd floor was absolutely stunning! I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and comfortable accommodations.

Convenient location near attractions, clean and comfortable 36th floor room with great city views. Excellent foyer and lounge area, bar good for eating and relaxing. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, and clean bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. highly recommended for business or pleasure.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The pool was nice, and the room service was pleasant. The access to the "LINK" was a great feature for us, especially on the cold nights. The view from our room on the 32nd floor was absolutely breathtaking, allowing us to see most of the city. The pancakes for breakfast were big, fluffy, and delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we were traveling with young children and wanted to visit attractions like Legoland and SeaLife Aquarium. We were able to walk everywhere, and the staff was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and shops.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the downtown area and visit popular attractions like the Sprint Center and Arrowhead Stadium. I also appreciated the convenience of having everything I needed within reach, including shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The lobby was beautifully decorated and created a classy atmosphere.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. the hotel's layout was spacious and inviting, with plenty of areas to relax. the hotel's location was fantastic, connected to everything through the Link walkway.

We had some issues with the plumbing in our bathroom, with loud pipes and a noisy toilet. Additionally, there was a constant dripping from the faucet that made it difficult to sleep.

Pleasant wait staff, helpful in arranging shuttle service to WWI museum. Great location, close to attractions and walking distance to Legoland and SeaLife Aquarium. Convenient access to KC StreetCar. Staff was knowledgeable about local restaurants and shops. Nice pool. Pleasant room service delivery. Friendly valet worker. Welcoming staff

Slow and unreliable Wi-Fi service, which made it difficult to stay connected. Uncomfortable beds that affected the quality of sleep.

I recently stayed at this venue and it was a great experience. the location was superb! I was just a short walk from the mall and there was a beautiful path with fountains that I enjoyed walking along. Secondly, the service was excellent; the staff was always attentive and helpful, and I appreciated the room amenities like the in-room safe and tea and coffee facilities. Lastly, the leisure facilities were fantastic! I made use of the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, and the sun loungers were the perfect spot to relax after a long day.

I definitely recommend this place for families.

The bed was comfortable. The 42nd floor club lounge has a great city view and good food. The staff were welcoming. The hotel has convenient access to Crown center and Union Station through the link walkway. Shuttle service is available in the area and to the airport.

As a woman traveling alone, I really appreciated the convenient location of the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel At Crown Center. The indoor walkways connecting the hotel to shopping, food, and theater were a great feature. The swimming pool and the view from both the pool and my room were stunning. The American Breakfast delivered in the morning was delicious, and the room itself was very clean and had a comfortable bed.

Felt well taken care of, nothing was too much trouble.

I must say, I got great value for my money at the Sheraton! The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. The hotel's location was convenient, with restaurants and stores just a short walk away using the "Link". The staff treated me like royalty, always helpful and friendly throughout my stay. And oh, the city views at night were absolutely breathtaking!

Breakfast delights could use a little improvement, maybe some more variety would be nice.
