I always return. Staff found my forgotten earphones. Has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Seasonal outdoor pool, Saltwater pool, Heated pool, Flat-screen TV. I love the lift, kitchen tools, sun loungers. No pets, AC, No smoking. Coming back for trip.

The staff went above and beyond, getting a cake for a special occasion upon request. Rooms were nice, and the hotel's layout was great. the location was convenient for exploring the area.

Changing rooms multiple times due to issues like air conditioning and mix-ups was inconvenient. Some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms and lack of sound insulation, as well as issues with cleanliness, were noted.

I booked a stay for my fiancée's birthday. Before our 7-hour drive, I emailed the owner asking if he could provide a cake, as I hadn't had time to get one. He kindly purchased a cake for us! the location, layout, and friendly staff at Impala Suites are excellent. This was our second stay, and we love everything about it. We'll definitely return. Cons: We do recommend this hotel.
