This hotel is amazing! It is so affordable and located right in the center of everything. The staff is friendly and the rooms are so comfy with either bunk beds or three beds. Plus, they offer breakfast every morning which is always a plus!

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in the heart of Madrid. The location was perfect, just steps away from the bustling Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. The metro station was also conveniently close, making it easy to explore the city. I was pleasantly surprised when I got an upgrade to a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a living room. It was more than I had expected and provided great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a TV for entertainment. I had a fantastic experience during my stay at Hostal Madrid.

While the apartment was great, there were a few drawbacks. The AC in one of the rooms didn't work, but luckily it wasn't a problem as we could leave the door open to the lounge where it worked fine.

It made it so convenient for us to explore and enjoy our time in the city. The staff were also helpful and friendly, always willing to assist and even provided directions in English.

Hated: The only downside of our stay was the small and tight shower cubicle in the bathroom. It was a bit uncomfortable and cramped, making showering a bit challenging.
