I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel in the heart of downtown. The location was absolutely fantastic - right in the middle of all the action and close to everything I needed. I was also pleased with the enhanced comfort and quality services provided by this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and I was able to check in early, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Despite the overall positive experience, this place may not be the best option for families looking for ample parking. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious amenities and top-notch service.

The first thing that really bothered me about this hotel was the fact that I had to take cold showers during my entire stay. I called maintenance every day, but nothing was done about it.

I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown Indianapolis for the Indy cars event. The hotel entrance was impressive and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a very comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and I especially enjoyed the gym. The concierge upstairs offered amazing views and delicious food. Also, the mix-up with our reservation was quickly resolved by the manager, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate my luggage. Great location and overall a wonderful experience.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable with easy access to downtown destinations and the convention center through an enclosed skywalk. My room had a powerful air conditioner and the deli, Starbucks, and restaurant on site were very convenient. Despite some mixed reviews about the staff, my personal experience was very positive as they were friendly and efficient. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Indianapolis.

I recently stayed at this place and was impressed with the level of comfort and quality of service. The location is great, as it is in an area without ample parking, and I appreciated the room amenities such as the ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities. The staff was very accommodating and the 24-hour room service was a convenience for any late-night cravings. Plus, the shop on-site was a great place to grab any needed sundries.
