Excellent location, friendly staff, spacious rooms for families. Beds are comfortable, and there is a separate living/sleeping area in the 1 bedroom suite. Close to restaurants, shops, and coffee. Rooms have great views of Boston Common.

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was close to the city center and easily accessible from the airport. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful throughout my stay. Another great aspect was the newly remodeled lobby area, which had a welcoming and hip atmosphere. The bar and fireplace in the lobby were a nice touch and created a cozy ambiance.

There was a charge for wifi at the hotel, which was disappointing. In this day and age, many hotels offer free wifi, so it felt unnecessary to pay for it. Additionally, the noise from the strike outside was quite bothersome and disrupted the services at the hotel, such as the closure of the bar and club lounge. I also felt that the management's response to the strike was lacking, as they did not go above and beyond to make it up to the guests. Finally, the hotel charged a fee for access to the gym, which seemed nitpicky considering the high room rates.

Helpful and Accommodating Staff

During my recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton, I had a specific request regarding the location of my room. I had read in a review that some rooms near the gym could be noisy. So, I decided to email the hotel in advance and also mention it at the front desk upon check-in.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful and modern room that was both spacious and cozy. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel in this city was perfect, as it was within walking distance to many local attractions and conveniently located across the street from the Orange Line. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

During my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious suite. The room was tastefully decorated and had a great view of Boston Common. The layout of the suite was impressive, especially with two powder rooms. The staff were efficient and polite, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the in-room treats and the delicious food at the in-house bistro.

We stayed at a hotel located in the bustling Theater District. It was conveniently situated across the street from the Orange Line, making it easy for us to explore the city. Our room had a wonderful view of the park, and the spacious and well-maintained bathroom exceeded our expectations. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and they went out of their way to ensure our comfort. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the hotel's restaurant.

The strike happening outside the hotel caused some disruptions and limited services during our stay.

For us it was ideal.

Nice getaway for thanksgiving. Our room was cozy, and the staff was friendly and kind. We enjoyed the food at the club level and the location was excellent. We could easily walk to many attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.

The temperature in the room was slightly too warm, and the air conditioning did not seem to work. The spa was a bit disappointing and small.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute luxurious experience with exclusive amenities, including a stunning indoor swimming pool and spa & wellness centre with a sauna and Jacuzzi. The room advantages were exceptional, with a private terrace overlooking the breathtaking cityscape. The restaurant exceeded expectations with a delicious in-room breakfast and exceptional kosher food options.

There was a minor issue with the bar/lounge area, which could have had more extensive special diet menus. The service was attentive and friendly, but occasionally inconsistent. Despite these minor shortcomings, this hotel provided a fantastic personalized experience in an ideal location.
