Staying at Hotel Indigo was like unwrapping a surprise gift—one of those giant boxes that you think is filled with socks, but inside you find a shiny bike. The location is unparalleled. right next to Union Station, it felt like we were staying in the VIP lounge of Denver. And the rooms? Immaculate and modern with cozy premium bedding that hugged you like a long-lost friend. The view of the city skyline made for a perfect morning coffee backdrop, because who doesn't want Rocky Mountain vibes with their caffeine fix?

Overpriced parking.

The breakfast bars nearby were a delicious start to our mornings! I loved the quiet ambiance and the close proximity to Coors Field, making it easy to explore the area. Plus, the fitness center was reasonably equipped for a good workout.

The lack of room service was a disappointment, which made us rely on an expensive Uber Eats. Interestingly, one family member had a card indicating room service was available from the restaurant next door, but I was told otherwise. Given the nearly $400 price for our two-bed room, not having a restaurant or clear communication about the breakfast credit felt a bit steep.

The check-in was smooth, thanks to the friendly staff. Our room had a unique design and comfortable bedding. The location was perfect—just a short stroll to Union Station and local eateries. The water filling station in the lobby and complimentary snacks were lovely touches. Plus, the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a great ambiance!

Hotel Indigo truly surprised me with its location near Union Station—just a stroll from the best eats! Plus, the early check-in request was honored with delightful texts ensuring we were well taken care of. Not to mention, the room was clean and comfy, making it easy to unwind after a day of culinary exploration!

Noise disturbances from outside were relentless!!! The air conditioning unit was overly loud, making it hard to find peace!!! Valet service was dreadfully slow, often requiring unnecessary patience during our stay!!!

Clean rooms, helpful staff, and just a short walk to the light rail station made it easy for us to explore the area and get around.

Super friendly staff made our stay feel special! Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the spacious setup and the walking distance to Union Station. Easy access to shops and eateries nearby was a big plus! !

The TV in my room was unusable and frustrating. I asked for assistance, but no resolution was offered, forcing me to rely on my laptop for entertainment. Furthermore, when requesting housekeeping, it seemed they didn't arrive early enough for our schedule—this led to a lack of cleanliness that was quite disappointing. Overall, the service could have been more attentive to guest needs.
