I got great value for my money at this resort. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The staff were friendly and dedicated, even during busy times.

The morning meal could be improved by offering more options, like a waffle station or additional cereal choices.

During my recent stay at Peek'N Peak Resort, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable rooms. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making for a truly enjoyable experience. What stood out the most, however, was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met during our mini vacation with the grandkids. From the free shuttle service to the tubing park, to the indoor pool and play courts, there was never a dull moment. The breakfast at the cafe was delicious, and there were plenty of dining options on-site as well. I found the atmosphere and amenities of the resort to be exceptional. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in the reviews, I would highly recommend this hotel for a summer getaway.

The location of this hotel is great, being close to a popular museum and only 80 miles from Buffalo. The accommodations were impressive, especially the loft suite which the kids loved. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff seemed uncaring and the food was poor, with limited options available. To add to our disappointment, the water in our room was discolored and not up to standard.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The value for money is unbeatable with great prices and attention to detail. We loved the location nestled in the Hills - perfect for skiing or hiking. We especially enjoyed the cozy fireplace back at the pub after a long day of activities.
