This hotel is a gem in the heart of Manhattan! The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. The room was spotless and had everything I could have wished for. The location in the Chelsea neighborhood was perfect for me, near to all the shops and restaurants I wanted to visit. The breakfast was included and surpassed my expectations. All in all, an excellent experience!

We had a fantastic stay at Innside! From check-in to check-out, the staff made us feel welcome and provided excellent service. Our room was quiet and comfortable, allowing us to get a great night's sleep in the midst of bustling Manhattan. The restaurant offered delicious meals and the complimentary water and fruit drinks were a nice touch. The hotel's location was ideal, close to Madison Square Garden and Penn Station, with plenty of dining options and attractions nearby. We especially enjoyed exploring the High Line, just a short distance away. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Innside and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was perfect for my needs, as it was conveniently located near the summer program my child was attending. The room was clean, well-arranged, and had just the right amount of space. I loved that the mini bar had a small selection of beverages that were complimentary. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. it was a great experience and I would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast at the restaurant was glorious. The transportation was convenient, with the subway super close. The hotel also provided storage for early check-in or late check-out. it was a great experience.

The hotel has an amazing location right in midtown, close to Penn Station, making it easy to move around the city. The modern business center, a tablet they give you at the reception, makes everything easier for business travelers. The amenities in the room, from the Nespresso machine to the luxurious number of towels, were impressive. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff and discrete housekeeping. The rain-fall shower head was exceptional.
