The location was absolutely brilliant, as it was only a 15-minute walk to a major train station, making it convenient for us to travel around the city. Additionally, the hotel provided a shuttle service to the train station every 20 minutes, which was incredibly helpful. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had.

I was amazed by the convenient location of Hyatt Regency. The subway station was right underneath the hotel, making it incredibly easy to explore Tokyo. The view of Mount Fuji from our room on a clear day was absolutely breathtaking. Despite the decor being a bit dated, the room was comfortable and clean. I had a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel.
