As adventure travelers, we loved the convenience of the covered skyway connecting the hotel to Cleveland Clinic, eliminating the need to go outside. The skyway was always clean, occupied, and climate-controlled, providing a safe and efficient way to reach the main campus building. The hotel staff even offered golf cart rides for those who couldn't make the short walk. Additionally, the hotel had excellent dining options, including a fine dining restaurant and bar, a breakfast and lunch restaurant, and a 24-hour room service menu. The rooms were of high quality, and the overall aesthetic of the hotel was modern and beautiful. We also enjoyed the access to free transportation to nearby locations, such as pharmacies and stores.

The location of this hotel was superb, just down the hill from a most outstanding clinic. It was also very close to the attractions we were in town to see. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic breakfast and friendly staff.

Guests also rave about the amazing restaurant experience with gourmet food, such as the roasted salmon cooked in a tandoor oven served on a bed of creamed barley. Guests can enjoy spacious and comfortable rooms with large, modern bathrooms featuring marble floors, separate showers, and large bathtubs. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service even at early hours, and guests can opt for a delicious breakfast buffet at a great price.

Some guests have noted that the temperature control in the room can be a bit difficult to manage at times, with some fluctuations between hot and cold temperatures.

The hotel had friendly and helpful staff, making our stay very pleasant. the Club Lounge offered a wide variety of tasty appetizers and drinks. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities.

The hotel charged a high valet parking fee of $30 per day. the accessibility of the rooms for disabled individuals was not ideal, with high sinks and beds that were difficult to use.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel, complemented by the delicious breakfast buffet and the friendly service from all the staff. the connection to the nearby amenities was very convenient, as we were able to enjoy the local attractions without having to travel too far. the complementary wine and chocolate on arrival was a lovely touch and we enjoyed them in our cozy and comfortable room.

The bed we slept in was too soft for our preference. We woke up feeling a little stiff and achy.
