The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice private balcony overlooking the pool. The location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located near the Sunset Strip and other popular attractions.

The noise level at this hotel was a major issue. The rooms facing the street were particularly noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The slamming of doors and lack of soundproofing also contributed to the noise problem. this hotel needs some serious soundproofing work to be done to improve the guest experience.

Our room had a separate bedroom that comfortably accommodated our family of four. The hotel grounds were stunning and the personal little touches like the cheeseboard upon arrival were much appreciated. The staff was fantastic and made us feel welcome. I recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent, with beautiful restaurants within walking distance. The hotel had friendly staff and modern, clean rooms. The room size was big and comfortable, with a cloud-like bed. The hotel went above and beyond to make our honeymoon and birthday celebration special. The poolside cocktails were great and we even spotted a celebrity.

My recent stay at the Sunset Marquis was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's location was superb, with plenty of beautiful restaurants within walking distance on Sunset Plaza. The staff, especially Logan, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a heavenly bed that provided a great night's sleep. The hotel even went above and beyond to celebrate my honeymoon and birthday with a thoughtful gift of champagne and chocolates. I also enjoyed relaxing by the pool and sipping on delicious cocktails. The lively atmosphere at Bar 1200 in the evenings was a great experience, and I highly recommend trying the delicious pork belly risotto at the hotel restaurant, Catavina. this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to come back again.

I absolutely loved staying at this place. The location in West Hollywood was perfect, surrounded by stunning gardens. The service was impeccable, from the room service to the turndown service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The amenities in the room were fantastic, with everything I needed from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. The pool area was delightful, with plenty of sun loungers and a poolside snack bar. The spa and wellness center was a great addition, offering a variety of treatments and a heated swimming pool. this place exceeded my expectations and I had a wonderful stay.

I absolutely loved the outdoor space at this hotel, with its beautiful and intimate seating areas. The restaurant was spacious and mostly outdoors, and the food was some of the best I had on my trip. The attention to detail and service here was beyond what you would get at a chain hotel. The staff provided a unique experience, from their turndown service to the refreshments in the room. The junior suite I booked was very spacious, with a private balcony overlooking the pool. The bathroom had double sinks, a spacious shower, and an enclosed toilet. The bar in the lobby had a cool vibe, and the fire pits added to the relaxed atmosphere. I also loved the fact that I had access to the Equinox gym across the street, which was upscale and had plenty of equipment and amenities. this hotel had everything I needed and more, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The accommodations were large and comfortable with great showers and Molton Brown toiletries. The pool and outdoor areas were well-kept, green, and tranquil. The staff gave fabulous advice and recommendations, they were helpful and friendly. The historic Hollywood diamond had a cool vibe with beautiful photos of rock stars. The restaurant was lovely with excellent food for breakfast and dinner in an atmospheric setting.

Iconic location, friendly staff, comfortable bedding. Convenient amenities, on-site restaurant and bar, great dining options nearby. Feels like a home away from home, cool and relaxed atmosphere. Memorable stay, highly recommended for travelers visiting the area.

The hotel had a beautiful garden location with water features and outdoor seating areas surrounded by fairy lights that created a lovely ambiance. There were also interesting amenities like full kitchens and grand pianos in some of the rooms, and a good selection of healthy snacks in the minibar.

The staff left us waiting for 30 minutes to order and receive our coffee and orange juice.

The Sunset Marquis Hotel in Los Angeles exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and well-equipped, the pools were lovely with convenient food and drink service, and the hotel was located in a quiet and tropical neighborhood. The staff was excellent, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also enjoyed the excellent restaurant and the trendy vibe of the hotel.

The two complimentary bottles of water were much appreciated as the hotel's location was in the middle of a bustling city. The hotel was in walking distance to many shops and restaurants, which was very convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep.

The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The walls were scuffed and the furniture was worn.
