We loved that the hotel was located next to another Hilton, giving us access to a restaurant and bar. As bike riders, the clean and comfortable room was exactly what we needed after a long day of riding. The staff were mostly nice and welcoming, adding to a pleasant stay.

We felt very much at home during our stay at the Hampton Inn Pigeon Forge. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, making our experience even better.

We loved our stay! the hotel had two great pools which was perfect for the kids. the breakfast was amazing with a variety of options like omelets, sausage patties, biscuits and sausage gravy. the location was also convenient, close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. We enjoyed our time here and didn't want to leave!

One downside was the limited handicapped parking, as it was only available at the rear of the property. Additionally, we had to enter through the pools which could be inconvenient for some guests.

We stayed at Hampton Inn for a relaxing weekend getaway. The staff was exceptional, and the rooms were spotlessly clean with cozy beds. The outdoor seating area with a fire pit was a highlight of our stay, and we enjoyed the late-night swims in the indoor pool. The customer service was top-notch, and we were welcomed with a tray of refreshing fruit in the refrigerator. Although the bed was slightly firm, the pillows provided great comfort. The lobby and public spaces had a charming atmosphere, and the rooms were tastefully decorated. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and we loved the beautiful view of the town lights and the island wheel from our room windows.

The location of Hampton Inn was absolutely perfect for our stay in Pigeon Forge. We were within walking distance to popular attractions like the Wheel and delicious restaurants like The Blue Moose and GiGi's Cupcakes. It was so convenient to have CVS nearby for any forgotten items. Plus, the complimentary coffee was a nice touch to start our mornings. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and amenities.

This hotel is a great value for money. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are well-maintained and comfortable. The location is perfect with great views, and there are plenty of attractions within walking distance. The breakfast included is fantastic, with a great variety of options for even vegetarians.

Additionally, the hotel had a convenient trolley pick-up right in front of it, making transportation easy.

The cleanliness of the carpet in our room was disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast area was too small and crowded, making it difficult to find a seat and enjoy our meal without waiting for a long time.
