Under new ownership since August, everything went smoothly and the breakfasts were delicious. Snacks and wine were available, parking was easy and on site. The house is beautiful with original features. The Balcony suite had a nice balcony to sip wine and was within walking distance of the Square.

The hotel's location in Granbury was perfect for the Night of Lights holiday celebration, as it was very close to the square and provided easy access to all the festivities. Additionally, being situated on the lake added an extra touch of beauty to the surroundings. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Our stay at the B&B was absolutely delightful! The house, with its original features, was stunning and full of charm. The wood floors were squeaky, but that just added to the character. We stayed in Phillippa's Balcony suite and loved sipping wine on the balcony. The breakfasts were delicious, and we also enjoyed the snacks and wine that were available. Parking was easy and on-site, which was a plus. The location was perfect for us, as we were able to walk to the Square through the park next door, enjoying the sidewalks, shade, and pretty scenery along the way.
