During our recent stay at Bally's, we were impressed with the modern and well-decorated room. The carpet looked new, and we found it quite charming. The rooms were comfortable and clean, making for a pleasant experience overall. The walk-in shower was a nice touch, adding to the convenience and comfort of our stay. Although the location was not ideal and required a car to get around, the hotel's proximity to the event we were attending made it convenient for us. Despite a few drawbacks mentioned in the database, we would still recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It was situated in close proximity to the attractions and activities I wanted to visit during my stay, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel offered a wide range of on-site amenities and activities, which provided plenty of options for entertainment and relaxation.

There were a few things that I didn't enjoy about my stay. I was disappointed to find out that there was no complimentary breakfast available.

This hotel offers a great location. In the morning, grab one of the 5 complimentary cups of coffee from the cafe on the first floor, then head down to the casino for the breakfast buffet. Once there, you can enjoy free drinks while trying your luck at the casino games. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and updated, and the service is always immaculate.

It would have been nice if there was a microwave or daily changing of towels.

The casino is nice, loved the non-smoking policy. Rooms were spacious with great bathrooms. I'd stay again for the large rooms alone.

Christmas at the hotel was amazing! My family and I received complementary hot cocoa and candy canes upon check-in, which was a heartwarming surprise. The location was perfect – right off the highway and close to all the local attractions we wanted to visit. We even received a complementary shuttle ride to the nearby mall. The indoor pool was also an added bonus, especially during the cold winter months.

The dining options were limited and not very accommodating. We had a hard time finding a restaurant that was open on Christmas Day, and the ones that were open were very crowded and had long wait times.
