I had a fantastic stay at this hotel located just across Pearl Street from the massive Amway Grand Plaza and two blocks south of the Devos Place Convention Center and Performing Arts Center. The location was perfect, right off of US 131 and in the middle of everything downtown. The hotel facilities were beautiful, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff was friendly and informative, always available to assist. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was excellent, with a star chef creating delicious omelettes.

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from downtown and some great restaurants. The staff is exceptional, always willing to help and answer any questions we had. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness centre, especially the full-body massage that left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, like a refrigerator and flat-screen TV. a fantastic experience.

We had a fantastic stay at the luxurious JW Marriott in a prime downtown location. The staff went above and beyond when there was a mix-up with our room, promptly offering a new room with a view and even providing a credit as an apology. The room itself was modern, clean, and very nice, offering a beautiful view of the river. The club lounge access was a nice bonus, with friendly and attentive staff. The hotel also offered great amenities, including an indoor pool. we highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, beautiful rooms, and great location.

The restaurant served delicious food, and the hotel was impeccably clean and smelled amazing. The pool and steam room were a perfect combination of relaxation and stimulation. Spa and gym were great. Pool and deck were clean and cozy. Towels provided. Pleasant scent in common areas and rooms. Accommodating staff, quick response to requests. Blemish with laundry service but compensated with free breakfast. NYE event was enjoyable with indoor options. a lovely stay.

Rooms have ample space and full of amenities, making the stay comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, especially the egg frittata which is a must-try. Customer service is excellent, providing guests with their needs and going above and beyond when addressing any issues. The hotel's modern interior adds an extra touch of luxury to the experience. A great option for couples celebrating their anniversary.

Enjoyed the complimentary parking. We had a great experience in the executive lounge, tasty breakfast and drinks. The gym and pool were clean and well-maintained. Appreciated the Starbucks on-site. Overall I had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

We had high hopes for our stay at this hotel but were left underwhelmed. The location was good with plenty of attractions nearby and a stunning view of the Grand River. However, navigating through the maze-like corridors to reach the room was a hassle. The bathroom was poorly lit, making it difficult to get ready. The friendly staff and clean rooms were a plus, but breakfast lacked options.

The soundproofing was not up to par and we could hear the elevator all night.
