The staff, including Norvin, Essy, and Jeff, were fantastic and made us feel welcomed. The room was spacious, clean, and had a good shower and dressing area.

The rooms were comfortable, with a comfy bed and a dark atmosphere at night. The bathrooms were well-equipped, with a separate nook for the toilet and lovely shower heads. The high table and stools in the room were a cool addition, allowing for standing and working. The staff at the first floor entrance were helpful, always pointing in the right direction. Room service and maid service were prompt in fulfilling requests for a water boiler and extra bottles of water. The hotel was also conveniently located near Union Square.
