Loved the modern decor and spacious bathroom. Getting packages delivered to the room was a big help. Rewards program waived internet fees. the JW Marriott was a treat worth recommending.

This place is amazing! We loved the location in Union Square, perfect for walking to everything we wanted to see. The staff from the doormen to the management were so friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room amenities were great, from the comfy beds to the in-room safe and sitting area. We also enjoyed the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area, with its special diet menus and happy hour. we had a fantastic, pampered experience here!

Would highly recommend this venue to family and friends.

The room was beautifully decorated, especially the bathroom. The amenities provided, such as the shampoo and lotion, were of high quality. The addition of an espresso maker was a great touch.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of a vibrant city. The location of this place was absolutely perfect, situated in the Union Square area. This meant that I had easy access to all the sightseeing and trips that I wanted to do. From my high floor room on the 16th floor, I had a stunning view of the city. And what made my stay even more special was the access to the club facilities, which added extra value to my experience.

With top-notch service and amenities, this hotel is a must-visit for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. Colleen on reception went out of her way to ensure I had a room with a fantastic view on a high floor. The hotel's decor is beautiful and the entire place is spotlessly clean. The bathroom in my room was excellent, and the big comfy bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. The location of this hotel is amazing, with it being close to the financial district, the Union Square shopping area, downtown, and many great restaurants. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, including a gym with free weights that I really appreciated.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The breakfast and snack bar on the top floor were exceptional. And the staff were quite friendly. The location was close to great shopping, amazing restaurants, and an active nightlife scene which was perfect for us.

The small shower pan was a big problem. On-site parking was expensive and there was only one chair in the room. Additionally, the bathroom door didn't slide like it was supposed to and there was no sound separation between the toilet and the room which was quite unfitting for a luxury hotel.

We stayed at a hotel near a busy shopping area with easy bus access to popular tourist spots and good eats. The staff was courteous and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The bathroom had plenty of amenities and the restaurant had a great morning menu to start the day off right!

Sadly, they didn't offer free wifi which was frustrating.
