Kionte and Roxanne provided exceptional service, making us feel welcome and cared for. the views from our room were beautiful, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the room service was top-notch. Valet service was convenient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

I love staying here for my romantic escapes. the staff once helped me with printing my boarding pass. the amenities suit me perfectly - Free Wi-Fi, Rooftop pool, Massage, Restaurant, Flat-screen TV. I keep coming back for the exceptional service and superb facilities.

We stayed at a luxurious hotel with a fantastic location. The staff were friendly and professional, and our room was spacious with a beautiful view. The bedding was super comfy, and the amenities were excellent. Although we wanted more pillows, we had a pleasant experience, and we recommend this hotel to everyone.

Although we could hear others talking in the hallway, the room amenities were great, and the hotel had a lot to offer. We loved the rooftop bar and pool, the lobby market, and the live performance.

The view from the floor to ceiling windows was gorgeous, overlooking the pool, rooftop bar, Amalie Center, downtown skyline, and Tampa Bay. The mattress was comfortable and the amenities were special. The hotel had a nice market in the lobby selling coffee and breakfast items. The valet service was efficient and convenient.
