The hotel was newly remodeled and very clean and modern. The parking lot was well-lit, providing a safe environment. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The hotel's proximity to downtown Charleston and the racetrack and casino across the street made it a convenient location.

For the price we paid, the value we got at this hotel was excellent. The room was clean, modern, and furnished with everything we needed, including a good-sized TV, microwave, and refrigerator. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the location was incredibly convenient for us, as we were visiting the Hollywood Casino and races, which was just right across the street.

When it comes to breakfast delights, it would have been nice if there were more options available.

I recently stayed at Days Inn in Charles Town for a weekend getaway. The staff was exceptional, making me feel right at home with their warm and friendly demeanor. We had a wonderful stay at Days Inn in Charles Town. We were in town for a hiking and fishing trip and the hotel's location was perfect for that. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and we loved that they had a fridge and microwave. The hotel is also conveniently close to downtown Charleston, within walking distance, and it's right across from a racetrack and casino for those interested. Additionally, it's a short drive to the beautiful Harper's Ferry. a great value for the amenities and location offered.

My stay at Days Inn was fantastic! I was in town for a visit to the casino, and the hotel's location was perfect. It is directly across the street, and they even provide a shuttle that runs until 3 am. The staff at the hotel were amazing, very social and made me feel right at home. Despite my requested room not being available, the front desk receptionist quickly found me a comparable room. Check-in was a breeze. The well-lit parking lot gave me peace of mind, and the breakfast had a great variety of delicious food. I would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast at Days Inn was a great start to my day. It had a good variety of options and the food was tasty. I especially enjoyed the cheese cupcake they had, it was a pleasant surprise. Despite some minor inconveniences, like the TV remote not being in the room initially and the limited creamer for the coffee, overall I had a good experience. The room was clean and bug-free, which is always a relief. The location of the hotel was convenient for me as it was close to where my granddaughter lives. The price was very reasonable, in fact, it was the lowest I could find in the area. Despite a few small issues, I would recommend staying at Days Inn for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and affordable price.

The bed was unbelievably comfy with fluffy pillows. The continental breakfast was top-notch, even compared to high-end places. The free shuttle to the casino was a great convenience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
