I recently stayed at The Kauai Inn for a week-long vacation. The hotel was clean, aside from a few ants in the bath. The view from the hotel was amazing, overlooking the picturesque mountains. Natalie at the front desk was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help with any requests. The hotel's location near the airport and major roads made it easy to explore the island. Despite being in an industrial area, the inn itself felt like an oasis with its peaceful atmosphere, lush greenery, and a lovely pool. Ample parking was also a plus. The overall ambiance of the place, with its palms, torches, and pool, was really nice amidst the surrounding city.

Located in a convenient spot on the Hawaiian islands, guests can choose to stay in an industrial area close to the cruise ship terminal or a quiet residential area close to the airport without airplane noises. Guests can enjoy amenities such as free wifi, clean and well-maintained rooms, and a variety of TV channels.

Some guests experienced issues with outdated decor and maintenance problems like locks and light bulbs that were not immediately fixed.

In a quiet harbour, this hotel is perfect to explore the Island as it's located in the middle. The rooms are well equipped with split AC units, fridge, and microwave, and the staff is very accommodating and offers excellent service. The breakfast included is a great plus, with fresh fruit and natural toppings.
