This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, an indoor swimming pool, and laundry facilities make every stay enjoyable. The staff even helped me find a jewel I lost on my first visit. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The staff were super friendly, made us feel right at home! The brekkie was lekker, and having dog treats at the front desk was a nice touch. Plus, I loved that there's loads of room for parking my bakkie and trailer—very convenient!

But the hot tub was closed for maintenance, which was a bummer because we were really looking forward to a dip after a long drive.

my stay was a disaster! the room was not cleaned and I was offered a ludicrous $20 discount—utterly insulting. I also found it shocking that breakfast staff were so busy eating instead of replenishing food! as a long-time traveler, I expected a welcome gift or at least superior service, but clearly, that's not their thing. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

But, heavens, the breakfast options were more limited than my fancy tea collection! And let’s just say, it felt like a rave in the hallways with all that stomping late at night.

This place was a commendable fit for short visits in Billings with outstanding value for money. Breakfast had hot and cold options that were a great start to the day, especially the waffles. If you have pets, be prepared to use a specific entry for easier access when bringing them in and out.

The lack of cleanliness is alarming!!! I found dirt covering the floor, sticky surfaces, and shower handles malfunctioning!!! Policies need re-evaluation, especially when it comes to access to pool facilities!!! Who doesn’t allow grandkids to swim? !!!
